What are Conscious Meditations?

Conscious Meditations are not transcendental. They do not induce a hypnotic state or trance. So stay awake! Transcendental meditations are very powerful and wonderful, but you can't take them to work. You can't go into trance while your driving on the highway, or shopping in the grocery store. When your in the trials of your everyday life, you can't just plop right down and go into trance.

The Physical, Energy Mind

These meditations may bring about visions and manifestations in the outer world, however this is not my primary intention in writing them. Rather, these no-trance meditations are meant to introduce you to the energy and expanse of your waking consciousness, and the wonderful potentials found there for furthering your relationships with others and with God in your real life. You can do this anytime, anywhere.

Faster than Light, Transcending Time

Conscious Meditations spring from my belief that all life is connected through high energy consciousness. I see this as a possible physical reality. Therefore, by raising our level of consciousness through the practice of unconditional, universal love, we transcend time to become part of the higher order of all life. We become part of the greatest of futures. We manifest Heaven in the world of today.

Its not about beliefs!

Dare to put aside what you believe for the time being. Ask yourself, what do I feel inside and around me? What do I experience as my being? Observe the phenomenon of aliveness, awareness, consciousness, as if you are a scientist taking objective notes concerning your subjective experience. But most of all ask yourself, where do I feel love in my being? Where do I experience God?

What is the core truth?

Don't let yourself get hung up on words I use, like 'love' and 'God'. These are just representations of ideas that could be known by many names, but why reinvent the wheel? God can be defined as the ultimate mysterious source, the grand answer of all things, the highest ideal, the best of all possible futures. God's love is universal love, hope for all life, agape' or compassion. To experience God is to simply turn your mind toward the very best of outcomes and blessings for all life. You can do this!

Get in touch with life!

What do you feel? Experientially, the mind is larger than the body. Your mind is filling the spaces of your life with aliveness. Your mind is touching everyone in your life all the time. Time itself wavers in the subjective experience. The inner world is infinite and often spans vast indefinable realms of thought and feeling. Ultimately, your body is just one more thing in the universe of your consciousness.
